I am drawn to the process in which opposing and contradictory qualities form a sensorial balance. This work especially stemmed from an exploration of the materiality of clay, seeking to capture the subtle sensibility of its irony—where roughness meets softness, and solidity coexists with flexibility in harmonious tension.
